Jose Roofing System Inc runs its District work out of an office at 1865 7th St NW, a few blocks from the Shaw and Bloomingdale rowhouses we spend so much time on, with the head office in Woodbridge, Virginia. From those two places we cover Washington, DC, Montgomery and Prince George's counties and Northern Virginia.

Every job starts the same way: we get on the roof, find the cause and photograph it, and then talk about the fix. Low-slope rowhouse roofs make up a big share of our calls: modified bitumen, EPDM and TPO membranes, built-up roofs under silver coatings, parapet coping, scuppers and box gutters.
