Terms of use

Using this website

The information on this site is general guidance about roofing in the Washington, DC area. It is not a quote or a promise about any specific roof. Prices shown are typical ranges, and the real price for your roof comes from a written scope after we look at it.

Our work

Jose Roofing System Inc performs the roofing work it agrees to in a written scope. Materials, timing, price and any manufacturer warranty terms for the products used are set out in that scope.

When a call is forwarded

On the busiest storm nights, when every Jose Roofing System crew is already on a roof, a call we cannot take right away may be forwarded to another established local roofer so an open leak is not left waiting. Any such roofer is an independent business and quotes its own work. Every other call stays with us.

A forwarded roofer sets its own prices and terms. Jose Roofing System Inc is not responsible for work it did not perform.

Limits

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using the information on it without a roofer looking at your roof.
