Privacy notice

What we collect

When you call (202) 771-7443, we note your name, phone number, address and what is happening with your roof so we can send a roofer and prepare a scope. We do not run forms or accounts on this website.

Our web host keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site running and secure. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads; a map loads from Google Maps only if you choose to open it on the contact page.

How we use it

We use your details to answer your call, schedule work, send scopes and invoices and keep job records. We do not sell personal information.

If a call is forwarded on a night when every crew is busy, as described in our terms of use, the details you give are shared with that roofer only so they can respond to you.

How long we keep it

Job records are kept as long as needed for warranty questions, accounting and legal obligations, then deleted or anonymized.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it where the law allows. Call (202) 771-7443 or write to our Washington, DC office at 1865 7th St NW Ste 250, Washington, DC 20001.

Changes

We update this notice when our practices change. This version took effect on October 16, 2026.
